Beat 1
During a class trip to the Tech Innovation Convention (TIC), Phoenix is exposed to possibilities using modern tech
Beat 2
The students are taken to a tech-building workshop where they can create their own device
Beat 3
Phoenix builds her first functioning communication device using modern materials
Beat 4
A lead innovator in tech notices Phoenix’s talent and offers her an internship
ACT II
Beat 5
Phoenix’s parents tell her she must finish school first before going off to work with the leads
Beat 6
Phoenix refuses to pass up a job of a lifetime, packs up her stuff, and leaves
Beat 7
As she arrives at her internship with Big Tech Innovations Co., she finds a photo of her and her father with their first build

Phoenix is taken to her own lab filled with modern materials and the newest tech built from the same materials over the last year. She gets started with her wor
ACT III
Beat 9
Stuck, Phoenix requests to go to her hometown to gather the parts she needs where she learns of her father’s ill state causing her to decide whether to go to the hospital or back to her lab.
Beat 10
Her phone rings and Big Tech tells her to come back with those parts as they are more important at this time
Beat 11
Phoenix back at her lab, is working on her communications tech this time determined to develop into something unheard of while Big Tech leads supervise her every move as they lock up the facility to ensure no escape
Beat 12
Phoenix completes a diversion to get out of the facility, arrives at the hospital to hook up her device to her father, and awaits download results.
